Creating New Backup

Hello there.

We try to do a backup from the domain's control panel and isn't work.

We got the next error:

Error: Unable create backup session: Malformed XML:

We're using Fedora Core 4, with Plesk 8.0.1 updated!

Also, we're tryting to send it to a remote FTP, but following you'll see our dump directory details:
