Creation Scripts Changed.. Domain Admin Permissions

Hello

My site automatically creates hosting accounts for clients, but since the update to plesk 7.5, when a new domain is added, and the client logs in, they cant add or edit subdomains because the options are turned off under Domain Administrator or whatever, how do i turn these on using the creation scripts, there are no options for this, HELP
