Hello all,
I wonder if anyone can help me with this one. On March 7th I set up a cronjob via Plesk interface. It worked fine from the beginning.
Two days ago we realised statistics were not updating anymore, so we followed the instructions to run check if crond was running (it was) We restarted it, fine the stats were processed)
Now the problem seems that I can't find any cron entry from Plesk, statistic and other notifications are not running every day at 4 am like they supposed to. AND my cronjob entered on March 7th is running twice.
When I issue crond I get:
crond: can't lock /var/run/crond.pid, otherpid may be 32103: Resource temporarily
I have deleted crond.pid as I found on newsgroups but no help.
Where is the crontab file from Plesk? How can I restore it to default? Why is this particular cronjob running twice... how can I solve this problem?
I have no idea what to do anymore.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
