• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Crystal Reports install = no Plesk CP

Plesk 7.6, working fine, until I installed Crystal Reports Server 10. After that,I cannot access the CP and in the Event Log there is the following error:

" PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\modules\php_curl.dll' - The operating system cannot run Warning."

I've since uninstalled Crystal but the problem persists. I've taken the following actions so far:

- Run the re-configurator
- Doublechecked the file permissions
- Went into Add/Remove and did a Repair for Plesk.
- Commented-out php_curl in php.ini (which resulted in the error moving to php_openssl.dll)

Thankfully, IIS is still working, our sites are up, the Plesk services appear to be up & running - there's just no Control Panel.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this will help, but I think I had the same problem. The host said "Openssl was enabled in php.ini". Wouldn't hurt to look.
