Custom Button URL

Hello,

I am trying to setup Custom button for cpanel login and URL is as below

http://mail.domain.com:2082/login/?user=xcxxx&pass=xxxx
http://mail.domain.com:2095

Please let me know how can I set this URL in for custom button. I need domain.com to be replaced with clients domain who is currently loogged in. I tried custom button option in tools and settings but in that case plesk placing domain in end of the URL
