Custom subscription event notification

This may have been covered previously but can't find in search, please forward links if you know any different!

I would like to be able to customise the email that is sent to a client when their subscription is due for renewal. I can not see a way to do this from within Plesk Panel 10.4.4 MU36.

I presume this text is defined in a file somewhere - any ideas?

I am not using Business Manager so am looking to achieve this manually I presume?
