DBWebadmin problems.

I have just upgraded to 7.5 and having problems with DBWebadmin :mad:
When I click on DBwebadmin I get this

Not Found
The requested URL /domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/index.php3 was not found on this server.

Where are my databases?

Why is it giving this error.

I also tried to roll back the license and restore it to the prior one but it is not letting me do it.

Can anyone guide me thru these issues.
Any help is appreciated.
