DCC, Pyzor, and Razor-agents

I installed these three to try to block a bit more spam than Spamassassin is doing, but when these are installed..ALL mail stops coming through. This happened when I tried qgreylist as well. I did restart psa-spamassassin, xinetd, and qmail, then sent myself some emails from different sources. Never saw the email again.

Is there a step missing, like some config needed after installing these?
