Question Dedicated IPv4 configuration #Plesk #WHMCS

Hi ! I hope you are all fine. I wanted to ask you something about the system i manage.
Working with WHMCS and Plesk, i configured these systems for launching the creation of a plesk account since my WHMCS dashboard.

This operation ended often with an internal error ... but i noticed the plesk's account is real built.
So this is what i wanted to ask : when i checked the configuration of the new plesk's account, it got the same IP address with plesk's server, but with a different port number.

But what i need is to get a different IP address (dedicated IPv4 as i defined it in WHMCS's panel) for each new plesk account .
Can someone help me to solve this ?
