Default page

Hi,
I'm a plesk 10 linux user.
I have lots of website with "default.htm" page.
I've seen that Apache / Pelsk use index.htm and don't recongnize default.htm.

How can I add this name of page into Plesk.

It is defined in Apache configuration. Look at 'DirectoryIndex' option in Apache config.
