    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

When a domain administrator log-ins to plesk, he will go to the desktop page.
Is it possible to change the default page, for example to domains/dom_ctrl.php3 ?
 
In the desktop page, you can try "create a button", and configure it with the URL you want.
