Default site list is empty

Hi,

I've 2 plesk panel, each on vps, and i've the same problem :

I'm go in tools & services -> ip -> add ip and i've add IPs in dedicated mode.

But when i try to attribute an ip to a website, the list of "default site" is empty.

If i click on domaine for manage hosting, i've no option for modify ip....

Can u help me ?

Info : this domains hosting have been created by a migration from a previously cpanel account

Please make sure that these domains have physical hosting type - not forwarding, alias, etc.

Ok the support help me for that, i try to assign ip at a website from ip manager panel, not from hosting access panel...

But just for information : if i want certificated a send mail, i need install a wildcard on dns server (on cpanel the mail server is shared and need to certificated it by the dns server) or dns hosting ?
