Delete or hidden folders on skeleton struture

Hi people, im Felipe from Brasil.

i know what is easy to change archives on Skeleton but i need for example:
"never create CSS folder on httpdocs"

and httpsdocs i would like to hidden this folder.


Other example: On plans that i dont get permission for anonymous FTP i would like to not create the folder anon_ftp for exemple...


how can i do that?
