deleted plesk panel and my sites gone

I just want to remove plesk and installed again. i saw (http://blackonsole.org/uninstall-plesk-on-centos/) this page. use this code but plesk not removed. my sites are gone.

how can i get back my site? what i should install.

When i try install plesk 12 says you already install version 11.0.9

How many sites did you have? If one, do a backup of databases, emails, vhosts and reinstall. if not, try to get a proper support company/freelancer to try to fix it.

Yeah i did that. i backup my site and reinstall server. Tried so many solution but didnt work for me.

How to fix this error

There is an issues with the nginx server so you will have to reinstall Nginx on your server. Try to remove Nginx from Plesk> Tools & Settings > Services Management.
