• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Deleting a User's Email

KrazyBob

Regular Pleskian
We are migrating to all new servers with Plesk Onyx from Plesk 11.0.3. I have one user email account that is being pounded by mail and postfix flush does nothing. Using the GUI to clear the cache does nothing. They appear to be messages to the root user:

5049D238553A* 923 Mon Oct 23 18:14:57 [email protected] [email protected]

I've searched google and can't find the answer. There are 91,600 messages in the queue.

Have you tried to clean it with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng in CLI?
