Different and I'm having a big problem.

Hi, I'm having a problem with Plesk. I would like your help on this subject.

I add the domain name to the panel. Description doing NS. Http://domain.com domain name alone can make the entrance way. But can not login as http://www.domain.com. Plesk default page when I log in and www.domain.com as I come across.

Why do you think I'm having a problem like this?

Add a CNAME with the "www" when I add the default page comes. When adding the domain name does not add to the WWW.

I am using WHMCS control panel. Then I create domain names, create, or not having any problems.

Select domain in domains list and click 'Modify' button. Then switch on www prefix there.
