Issue Different version of "SSL/TLS Certificate for"

Hey, I found today first time this "box". That is this? And why I can't reissue the certificate?

Difference:
- Missing Breadcrumb (was redirect to this site from /modules/sslit/index.php/main-page/index)
- Missing button "Reissue certificate"
- Missing button "Upgrade certificate"

All other domains look like this:

Is it for a sub domain or for a normal domain? You tried running any of the plesk repair commands such as the db (for the plesk database) and/or web for the domain in question?
