  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Directory Permission Problem '?rwxr'

ryanz

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

This is very strange and I hope someone can help.
One of our clients uploaded some files into a folder named 'images' but now cannot access that folder or delete it as it gives permission errors.

When I check the contents of the higher level directory with ls -al I get this:
?rwxr---wx 10624 31664128 796918243 675283427 Oct 19 1991 images

We cannot remove (rm -rf) nor (rm -df) nor chmod or chown this folder 'images' as the system doesn't seem to recognise it.

rm: cannot remove `images': Operation not permitted

Any advice?
The system is RH9
