• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Disable email for domain but still access horde

aloha-

Im testing out the "Gmail for your domain" with my plesk account, and in doing so switched my mx records. The problem now is that the server still thinks it should handle the mail for the domain, so any mail sent from the domains on the server still gets routed to the old server.

I read in another post about disabling the mail service for the domain. I performed this and mail then goes correctly to the new server.

Unfortunately, with the mail service disabled, I can no longer sign into horde - so I cannot see any of my old emails.

Does anyone know a way to configure plesk to have mail disabled for a domain, but still have the ability to login to horde to see old historical email?

Thanks in advance-
mj
