Disk space quota

Hi,

We have a strange issue, Domain don't get disabled automatically after reach limit which we have configured.

For example, we have a domain abc.com with the disk space limit 500MB, it is using 2GB disk space now, but don't get suspended automatically.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Plesk do not disable domains when disk space limit was exceeded.

It just send notification to admin and client.

Optionally you can use Plesk cli utilities with Plesk event handler to disable domains on reaching their limits.

Look into Plesk documentation.

for example you can set in event handler somethinfg like: %plesk_bin%\client.exe" --off <login_name>. Or create a bat file like:

@echo off
"%plesk_bin%\client.exe" --off %1
After that as soon as limit on client is reached, it will be disabled.Also I advise you to read CLI documentation:
