• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Disk space. What can I delete?

Pagemakers

Silver Pleskian
My Plesk updates keep failing due to disk space errors.

What files am I safe to delete to make more space?

Can I safely delete files in /usr/local/psa/PMM/ & tmp/ var/ & sessions/ dirs?

Any others?

It must be safe to clean /usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/, /usr/local/psa/PMM/var/ and /usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/, but not /usr/local/psa/PMM/ itself
But are you really sure they are the biggest disk consumer at your host?

Thank you for your help.

I just want to clean my drive the best I can. Can't parallels clean up its own files after doing an install?

Hi, generally Plesk cleans up or rotates all files created.
Files are not removed immediately as they are important for recovery and troubleshooting, yet disk space is extremely cheap these days.
