  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Disk usage calculation for subdomains

mewcrazy

New Pleskian
Hi,

Plesk still seems to have trouble calculating the right (or any) disk usage for subdomains. It looks like this works only for the main domain of the subscription.

Is there any workaround we can use to see them anyway?

If you have SSH access to the server or at least chrooted access through the subscription, you can see the disk usage by either
# du -hs *
or - sorted by size - by
# du -hs * | sort -h

You can either run these from your subscription root or replace the asterisk by the name of your subdomain root directory, e.g.
# du -hs mysubdomain.mydomain.tld

Currently, there is no such functionality in Plesk to see the statistics of a subdomain via the Plesk user interface.
