Hi All,

I am having an issue on a Plesk windows2003 server. I have windows setup on a 30Gb partition and it is filling up but so far I am unable to locate exactly what is filling it up. I have website data on another partition, however mail is run on the "C" partition. I have checked via "right click properties" and the mailserver is around 5Gb. The windows dir is around 6Gb. According to properties all other dirs are reasonably small.

I have cleared backup logs, any windows minidumps, mail logs, bad mail folders, user level "temp" dirs, etc. I am concerned that I am not getting accurate information on DIR sizing by this method.

Please advise if any of you use a different method of locating log files and recursive dir sizing information. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think you can use any utility that would display disc space map.

I would also try to control the log files location and delete log files if necessary:

backup or statistics also usually geenerate a lot of temporary files to %plesk_dir%\privatetemp but these are recycled normally

Hi Ally,

Thanks for the response. I have been through and cleared the %plesk_dir%\privatetemp already so I dont believe that is the cause.

The link you provided may be of use. I will investigate that further.
