Diskspace does not update

hi

im getting a diskspace full even if i already deleted some of the files on the account.

i've check the directory folder of the account C:\Inetpub\vhosts\domainname.com it only has 11mb total diskspace on it.

what other directory should i check? how do i resolve this problem?
