Hello,
I have a server with Plesk Obsidian and around 1,600 domains on my Plesk.
Yesterday, I tried to add a new IP address. After adding the IP, I clicked the "Reread IPs" button.
After this action, all domains on Plesk encountered a DNS error. However, when I tried to ping a domain, the original IP had not changed.
Even the domain associated with the Plesk admin panel failed.
To resolve this, I connected via SSH and used the command : "plesk bin ipmanage --reread"
After about 20 minutes, all domains were back to normal.
I am unsure whether this issue was caused by adding a new IP or by clicking the "Reread IPs" button.
Is it necessary to click "Reread IPs" after adding a new IP?
Thank you in advance.
