DNS Fails after upgrade from 8.1.0 to 8.1.1

Ran the plesk upgrade script which completed with no errors but bind DNS would not start afterwards killed all sites and http access, tried everything to get working again. Must be a bug within the upgrade.

To fix I had to install the standard DNS service that comes with Windows and switch to this within the control panel.
