Question dns hetzner no work

Hello everyone, I have a question, maybe it has happened to someone else. I changed my server from Hetzner Robot to Hetzner Cloud, but it doesn't work. First I started without being able to send or receive email. Now the DNS doesn't work, the domain propagation fails. Does anyone have a solution? I asked in Plesk, but they couldn't solve my problem. I put in a support ticket in Hetzner, but nobody answers.
 
We need more information. It's hard to know what is happening when there's no information to go off of. Like are you using the DNS servers provided by Hetzner? Are you using DNS servers from your registrar? Are you trying to use the DNS service that comes with Plesk? If you're running your own DNS servers, did you update the GLUE records to point to your server? You have A (and AAAA) records configured for the GLUE records? We basically got 0 information to go off of.
