DNS issues with 9.0.1

I'm having issues with customers who create domains. Everything works for domain.com however www.domain.com redirects to a plesk default web page, instead of the customers site. I tried removing the cname and using an A record instead, however the outcome is the same..

Anyone else have this problem?

Please, make sure you have checkbox "www" enabled under
Plesk CP > Domains > domain_name > in 'Domain Administrator' drop-down menu choose 'Rename domain'.

If it is marked - re-enable it.
