DNS problem dnsmng remove & update domain failed dnsmng failed

Problems occured while removing domains: dnsmng::remove() failed: dnsmng failed: Empty error message from utility.

Unable to create domain due to error on dnsmgr

The problem is because you are using Microsoft DNS for plesk, not all version of Microsoft DNS is supported by plesk, you can check http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Windows/9.3.0/plesk-9.3.0-for-windows.htm for the details.

In order to resolve this issue, you should change the DNS server in plesk back to bind and everything will be fine after this.
