DNS problem

[netprobe]

I'm not able to send e-mail from horde anymore.
It has something to do with named.
I get an event ID 1 in eventviewer with category: named.

Sending e-mail with horde to other domains on same server is no problem, but
to domains outside (internet) it failes.
e-mail message says:
Mail server could not be contacted at this time......
Reason Code: DNS Server Timeout
Error Number: 1460

We do not make use of Plesk DNS but all DNS domains are hosted at provider and pointing
to the server public IP address plesk uses.
MS DNS is installed for internal use.

Does anybody know where to look and how to solve this?
