DNS record already exists

I get the foollowing when trying to add a domain.

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: DNS record already exists.
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: htdocs\domains\create_domain.php:160


I have been through the psa database trying to find the DNS record, or any record for the domain for that matter. I also does not exist in named.conf

I'm at a stand still on this issue, don't know what to do next. Can someone please help?
