Hello:

I have a problem with one of my domains in my Plesk for Windows server. Rest of
them are working fine.

When trying to delete the mentioned domain, it gave me an error,
saying that there is a process making use of it, and didn't let me
delete it. I had to restart the server to delete it.

After deleting it, I created it again but the name.conf didn't have
the reference to the domain. With any other domains works fine, but
not with the one I erased.

I have tried deactivating the DNS zone for this domain and activating
it again, but it did not work. I have also used the reconfiguration
tool but it didn't work either.

The main issue is that when adding the domain in the plesk, it doesn't
appear in \var\ and in name.conf neither.

Hi,

Most probably the problem is that one of the Plesk table dns_zone has duplicate record for your domain. One of them, not actual, should be removed.
