hi..
I am a new user of PLESK 8.1 (for windows) and I get this error messege when I'm trying to create a new physical hosting account

dnsmng failed: Empty error message from utility

I've tryed to use this solution:

but then I get this error:

Unknown error 0x80131501 (COM Error 80131501, Description: Generic failure ) at removeZone ZoneName = '8.219.62.in-addr.arpa'

what can I do?
