DNSStuff.com FAIL - Low Port Test

I just got Plesk 8.1 setup on my server and moved a few domains over to it, when running a DNS Stuff report I am getting a Low Port Test. I have no firewall on this server or router. I have tried searching KB and did a few google searches to try and find the problem with no luck.

Is anyone else having this issue? I am running MailEnable Standard 1.96.
