Resolved Does a restore from external FTP backup utilize the local /temp directory?

A large restore cannot be done by the GUI functions for yet unknown reason. It is thinkable that the /temp directory space is too small for the restore as it is smaller than the compressed repository. Could that be the reason for a failing "download to server repository"?

O.K. answering my own question. Yes, the restore does utilize the temp directory. It downloads the compressed repository file into that directory before unpacking the file. If the temp dump directory is too small for the repository file to fit into it, the restore fails. Luckily the temp dump directory can be configured separately from the system's temporary partition in /etc/psa/psa.conf.
