Does anyone do Freelance for Plesk/Sitebuilder Templates?

I'm looking for someone to do some freelance work for me for Plesk and Sitebuilder.

I need a template created that would allow a few different 'buttons' standard throughout the website, that would be hard coded to point to a \dir\*.asp or *.html file.

If anyone is interested please let me know. Or, if you know of anyone please also let me know.
