• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

domain alias email

Any help on this subject is greatly appreciated:

I'm running a windows plesk 7.5.3 server.
I set up a domain with a couple of mailboxes, to this domain I added some domain aliases (full). Nothing special so far. HTML and FTP are working fine at all aliasses.
The problem is: any mail sent to mailbox@domainalias just disappears. it doesn't bounce, it doesn't arrive.

What is going wrong?

Quoting plesk help:
"Aliases could be of two types: full aliases or Web+FTP aliases. Web+FTP aliases make links only for Web and FTP resources of the existing server, while full aliases make links for Web, FTP, Mail and Tomcat resources."

run mchk --domain --domain-name=problemdomainname
However if it will not help you should upgrade.
