Domain aliases display plesk default page

Dear all,
while the main domain of a hosting account works fine , when we create domain alias the aliases show the default plesk page.

What might be usefull as info is that when we erased totally this domain these aliases were working properly and when we tried to create again this hosting account from scratch , the alias don't work.
