Domain aliases enabled but can't add them...

Hey guys, I am having a very strange problem.

I have enabled domain aliases for multiple accounts but when the user logs in to add them, he click the button but the page is empty. Check the screen out:

Can anyone explain to me how I can make that damn button show up?
