Domain (and domain email) alias still not working?

Hi,

Recently been having all sorts of woes with the domain aliasing on Plesk after recent updater was ran.

Domains alias only go to the default domain (ie. the default website) and emails to aliased domains all bounce as "This address no longer accepts mail".

Can anyone shed any light on this? Struggling to find what there is to fixed as it all seems to match up when going into the tables raw in SSH.
