• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain backup & Rstore problem/Bug?

Using PELSK 7.5.1 and RHEL 3, I back up a domain using the CP's domain backup button, then upon attempting to restore the domain, I get this:

START LOGGING: Tue Feb 01 17:04:18

===============================================================================

Attempt to connect to MySQL server ... done

===============================================================================

Checking packages installation ... done
'216.xxx.xxx.16' ip address does not belong to 'austin_axxakxx' client ip pool.

However the actual IP it should be using is '216.xxx.xxx.164' which mean that it appears that PLESK is truncating the last number from the last octat of the ip.

To work around this I have added the IP 216.xxx.xxx.16 to the server but this IP is not really our IP. The backup restoration process then can finish without errors, then you need to switch the IP back on the domain record to the proper IP.
