domain hits server administrator default page

I have created a new domain and when I browse to the www.domain.com I get the server administrator default page rather than the site default page. I can go into the file manager and see the index.html file and all looks fine there. I have deleted and recreated the site several times. I am fairly new to this, can someone please give me some ideas as to what I am missing or what may be going wrong. This is the second domain I have setup and the first one works correctly. I am on Plesk 7.5.4 for Linux.
