Issue "Domain page" part of the plesk panel stay blank

GravuTrad

Regular Pleskian
Hello.

I have Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.37 on CentOS Linux 7.9.2009.

When i go to the domain page of the panel, the right side of the page stay blank, i only have left menu, but not the content of the domain page. Only this, with all navigators.

What's the problem please?

All other parts (pages) are working well.

Thanks for advance.

I suggest to de-activate McAfee Web Security add-on in your browser, then try again. Is it shown afterwards?

I have installed last update 18.0.41.

I'm happy to see a progress bar for each page.

But when i see this in the changelog:
"Reduced page load time for the Domain Overview screen."
"Decreased the page load time for a number of most popular screens in Plesk. Transitions to the following screens are now up to 400% faster:
DNS Settings (-400%)
Websites & Domains (-15%)
Domains (-15%)
File Manager (-10%)
PHP Settings (-28%)
Web Hosting Access (-25%)
Hosting Settings (-7%)"

"Fixed the issue where opening a domain resulted in a white screen under specific circumstances. (PPPM-13358)"

I really don't know which changes in the plesk panel have been used (and above all why changing a thing which was always working, for worse...)

And so, now i can see at less: when i click on the domain page, the loading never finish....(go fast at first, and at the end loads very slowly and finish without any right side display)

Did you try to rule out the possibility it could be an issue caused by something on your own computer? What kind of troubleshooting did you do already? Did you try to use a different browser, if so what are the results? Did you try a to use a different computer or your smartphone to login to Plesk to check if the issue is still persists?

Are there any error messages in the Plesk panel logs?
  • /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
  • /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log
  • /var/log/plesk/panel.log

Ok, tried with other computers, others navigators, even my phone, and same problem.

No particular error log in sw-cp-server, and empty sw-engine.log.

But in panel.log i have lots of times these kind of errors each time:

[2022-02-20 00:12:18.033] 9620:6211741cc80e9 ERR [extension/sslit] Unable to secure domain {domainName} automatically Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-acct.
Details:
Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:invalidEmail
Status: 400
Detail: Error creating new account :: "" is not a valid e-mail address

I don't think the error messages in panel.log are related to your issue (but I might be wrong).

Try to tun # plesk repair installation command to see if that fixes your issue.

"500: Plesk\Exception\Database" and nothing else??? It's hard to believe that this is the only thing that "plesk repair installation" outputs. Normally there are at least some additional lines.
Is your database server running? Have you ried to run "plesk repair db -y"?
What is logged for the database server in /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog?

When i do it by ssh, it works. But when i want to use it by the repair tool in the panel i have well the message above. (capture joined)

The db server messages:
Feb 21 00:40:07 sd-111173 systemd: Starting MariaDB database server...
Feb 21 00:40:08 sd-111173 mariadb-prepare-db-dir: Database MariaDB is probably initialized in /var/lib/mysql already, nothing is done.
Feb 21 00:40:08 sd-111173 mariadb-prepare-db-dir: If this is not the case, make sure the /var/lib/mysql is empty before running mariadb-prepare-db-dir.
