Domain Report Storage Problem

For some unknown reason one of my domains, the only one I'm using with "Web Users" counting space used by web users as space used by httpdocs. For example if I view a domain report for the domain in question it shows:

Disk space used by httpdocs 5.54 GB

and

Web users
Total size 5.54 GB


I have nothing in my httpdocs directory, and the size used by web users is accurate, however the report shows as 11.1GB space in use for the domain?!?!?

What's up?
