Domain setup doesn't load

After adding a new domain I choose "physical hosting" but this setup page never loads and this domain remains without hosting.

Most of the time, after having waited a couple of minutes, I can't even go to other pages b/c they can't be reached any more, too. I have to close the browser window and open a new one again. Otherwise the server is fine.

Any suggestions? Thanks for helping or pointing me somewhere,
