domain user login

Hi everyone,

I have installed PLESK 7.5.0 for windows

i have created a reseller acount and some domains under a domain template.

i can login as the administrator, as the reseller, but have lot of problems with the domain accounts

first: it works only with
https://www.domain.com:8443
but not with
https://domain.com:8443

and everytime there's an error of autentication failed, with user as
www.domain.com
domain.com
domain

and password, but always fails the authentication

any help is welcome, please is a bit urgent this matter
