domain will not view with www prefix

have 6 domains and i messed up dns records on one domain. it shows in browser with domain.com but will not show if input as www.domain.com

have reset dns records but still have problem.

any help is appreciated

this is resolved. recreated CNAME REcord. once registry repopulated web, everything works fine.
