domainmng failed

Dear All,
I am using Plesk 7.5 for windows.When I am trying to delete OR disable any domain through plesk control panel I am getting following error.

Error :


Unable to activate/deactivate domain:domainmng failed : Failed to connect database : Access denied for user 'admin@localhost'(using password:YES)


Please advise.
