Issue Failed to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE[28000]

Hi, i have mssql 2019 installed , and using plesk web pro edition. Issue i am facing is today while trying to create databse using plesk i am getting an error

Error: Failed to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE[28000]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'sa'.

all the other database which were already created are showing

The server is unavailable.

Also while changing sa password from plesk i am getting following error

The test connection to the database server has failed because of network problems:Failed to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE[28000]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'sa'.

Sounds like the MSSQL service isn't running. Double check that the service is running.

Forgot to mention but also make sure you're able to connect to your database using Microsoft SQL Management Studio from the server itself.
