  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Resolved Don't deliver mails locally for a specific local domain

Hi everyone,

One thing is bugging me for years in Plesk. And I can't seem to find any workaround for it. Let's say I have two domains in Plesk, from which domain1 manages the emails externally via Office365.

Now when I try to send emails from the second domain2 to the first domain1, Plesk or well Postfix tries to send them locally. No matter what I configure inside Plesk. I've already tried to disable the email service for this particular domain. But nothing changes, it still tries to send the mails locally.

I could use the MSMTP Extension, which is available in your store, but then we would need another server just for a simple SMTP relay.

Is there any simpler way to solve this?

- Dennis

Navigate to domain1 (the one that has mail managed via Office365) in Plesk, go the Mail Settings and select "Disabled for incoming mail".
